Additionally, EDE has designed and provided all types of air pollution control equipment and systems including thermal oxidizers (afterburners), cyclones, baghouses, wet and dry gas scrubbers, fans, and stacks. Work can range from consulting up to a turnkey system with installation and startup. This has included mercury removal resulting from the thermal treatment of obsolete Eastern Bloc munitions. It has also included the innovative use of SCR and SNCR technology to remove NOx to meet stringent EU and USEPA requirements.
