Mr. Ralph Hayes was a founder and the first president of EDE, and led the company from startup to a multi-million dollar international design/build firm. He served as project manager on several Explosive Waste Incinerator design/build projects including projects in Taiwan, Korea, UK, Germany, and Albania. He led the efforts of EDE in support of multiple chemical munitions disposal projects, including in-country work for technology transfer for the Russian facility. He led the team that characterized the emissions and downstream ground level concentrations of pollutants from the space shuttle booster. |
